Where the client meets regularly with the therapist to work through hardships they face, it is effective for various emotional difficulties and mental illnesses. It helps manage and improve symptoms that impact daily functioning /well-being.

Family therapy aims to promote understanding and collaboration among family members in order to solve the problems of one or more individuals. It may be used as the primary form of treatment or as an additional approach (often required in our children/teen cases).

Relationship or couple's counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. Sessions are held with both individuals and are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to strengthen the relationship.

Telehealth is another means of providing therapy. Telehealth is just like an in-person session with a therapist, only over the phone or video conferencing. Primarily used for individual therapy only certain symptoms and problems are permissible at the clinician's discretion. For more information contact us.

Group Therapy is designed to target a specific topic/issue with individuals who share similar experiences/struggles. The therapist guides and supports members in sharing their stories and providing resources for improvement.
